Returns Policy
An original receipt is required for exchanges or returns for in-store and online purchases. Within 30 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused merchandise in its original packaging. Returns made within 30 days will receive a refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund:
- Clearance Items
- Liquid Chlorine
RETURN WITHOUT A RECEIPT
Store personnel can assist in retrieving your receipt for in-store or online purchases. If your receipt is retrieved, a refund may be processed if it falls within the parameters of this RETURN POLICY. In the event we are unable to retrieve your receipt we will be unable to process the return.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Should your purchase develop a manufacturer’s defect under regular use, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please return to the store for assistance. If your product is eligible for a warranty claim, a replacement will be issued. Failing that, a refund may be processed if it falls within the parameters of this RETURN POLICY.
